Job Scope

• Monitor and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of hostel premises.
• Manage resident check-in and check-out processes, room allocation, occupancy, and booking arrangements.
• Maintain accurate resident records and hostel documentation.
• Handle residents' inquiries and resolve accommodation-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on hostel maintenance and operational matters.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, including extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in managing daily hostel operations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
