Role Overview

The Brand Commerce Executive will play a key role in driving online business growth across e-commerce platforms by managing product listings, executing campaigns, and ensuring strong store performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry, with hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital trade marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic plans for new product launches and campaigns in alignment with agreed strategies
  • Collaborate & coordinate with the Affiliate team on recruitment, management, performance monitoring, and loyalty programs for affiliate types
  • Collaborate & coordinate with the Shoppertainment team to align live streaming activities with brand strategy
  • Work with the media commerce team to implement onsite advertising effectively
  • Partner with the Perfect Store team, brands, and agencies to enhance store visual, naming, and product descriptions
  • Collaborate & coordinate with Parama to ensure smooth store operations
  • Track and report on new launches and campaign performance
  • Conduct weekly competitor activity analysis.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, brand operations, or digital marketing.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with affiliate programs, shoppertainment (live streaming), and media commerce activities.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, including store management and performance tracking.
  • Analytical skills to monitor campaign results and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
