We are currently seeking a responsible and versatile Admin Secretary cum PA to support our daily operations. This role combines administrative duties with driving responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and timely logistics support.

Role Overview

The Admin Secretary cum PA position is ideal for a well-organized, reliable, and proactive individual who is comfortable handling both office administrative tasks and transportation duties. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of daily office activities while also providing safe and timely transportation of staff, documents, and company goods. If you are detail-oriented, disciplined, and take pride in multitasking between office and driving responsibilities, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure proper stock control.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Support HR and Operations in clerical work such as record-keeping and staff documentation.
  • Perform errands for the office including bank transactions, government submissions, and courier services.
  • Ensure confidential handling of sensitive company documents and information.

Driver Duties

  • Safely drive company directors, staff, and visitors to required destinations as scheduled.
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and goods between company branches, clients, and government offices.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
  • Conduct routine checks and arrange for timely servicing and maintenance of the vehicle.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic rules, regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Assist in minor logistics duties such as loading/unloading light goods or office equipment when necessary.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D, B2 is an advantage).
  • At least 1 or 2 years of working experience as a corporate or in a combined admin/driver role.
  • Familiar with routes within Klang Valley and willing to travel to other branches when required.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact politely with staff, management, and external parties.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
  • Physically fit with the ability to perform light lifting when needed.
