Core Job Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Ensuring daily operations run smoothly, including inventory control, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining safety standards.
- Team Leadership & Training: Coaching, scheduling, and training employees to enhance productivity and performance.
- Customer Service: Handling escalated complaints, resolving customer issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking team progress, providing feedback, and implementing company policies.
Key Skills Required
- Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for team supervision and conflict resolution.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make, fast, effective decisions.
- Organization: Managing multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and, in some industries, point-of-sale (POS) or inventory software.
