Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about inventory accuracy? Join our audit team to safeguard stock integrity across multiple retail branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute cycle counts and full physical stocktakes at branches including Low Yat, IOI, Leisure Mall, and Vivacity.

- Reconcile physical stock against Wavelink system records and investigate any discrepancies.

- Verify high-value serialized items (e.g., laptops, GPUs) by serial/IMEI to ensure traceability.

- Spot-check GRN, sales, transfers, and RMA documents to identify stock movement errors.

- Detect shrinkage, mis-picks, wrong scans, or ghost stock and report findings.

- Audit stock adjustments and write-offs, ensuring proper approval procedures are followed.

- Review inter-branch transfers for out/in matching.

- Produce branch-level variance reports with root cause analysis and track stock accuracy KPIs.

- Recommend SOP improvements to minimize recurring discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with stock-take procedures and ESD/handling guidelines, maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in inventory auditing, retail operations, or related field; strong analytical skills; familiarity with Wavelink or similar inventory systems; attention to detail; ability to work independently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
