Responsibilities
Job Roles & Responsibility
- Assist in handling the full set of accounts and daily accounting tasks.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
- Support the preparation of recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis, including variance analysis and outlet performance reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as delegated by the superior.
Job Skills Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and any accounting software (e.g. SQL).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
