Job Description:
The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing administrative roles and support the operations team in order to ensure organized business operations.
- To manage day-to-day administrative works (data entry / prepare letters / answer calls / reply emails / and other office administrative works)
- To ensure all filing systems are up-to-date and organize (ex: customers / landlord agreements / workers permit / business license etc.)
- To prepare customers quotation, respond to customer inquiries, issues and work with operation team to resolve in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner;
- To handle projects salary every month (must be capable in using Microsoft Excel)- Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned on urgent matters
REQUIREMENT
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative works
- Minimum bachelor Degree - A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the government of Malaysia/others
- Fast learner, can work independently with less supervision and able to work in team
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good in writing letters/ emails

**Work location: Taman Perindustrian OUG, Batu 6 Jalan Puchong, KL
**Working days/hours:
Monday-Friday / 9.00am- 6.00pm
Saturday 1st/2nd week only- half day
Salary Range : from RM2,500
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
