Requirements

• Experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, Business Transformation, or Transformation Management.

• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or large-scale ERP transformation programs.

• Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.

• Strong experience in communication management, training management, and business engagement activities.

• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with OCM methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks.

• Experience supporting end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, rollout, or transformation programs.
