Do you enjoy helping customers find the perfect tech products? Join our team at Leisure Mall and play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right devices, accessories, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers with product knowledge, close sales, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.

- Hit monthly sales and gross profit targets by upselling, cross-selling, and creating value bundles.

- Keep the store clean, maintain tidy product displays with correct pricing, and ensure demo units are fully functional.

- Support stock management including stock checks, restocking, and shelf replenishment.

- Assist during roadshows, launches, and promotions — from setup to customer engagement and teardown.

Requirements:

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced mall environment.

- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
