Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage operational and policy matters pertaining to JAKIM/JAIS, Customs and Other Government Agencies; in support of Northport's and customers' needs and requirements.
  • Manage operational and policy matters pertaining to Port Klang Authority and Ministries; in support of Northport's and customers' needs and requirements.
  • Manage matters pertaining to HALAL value chain in Northport with the assistance of Executive, Halal especially on warehouse certification, trainings, HALAL events and logistics.
  • Manage & resolve issues between customers and government agencies to support Northport's integrated logistics value chain approach.

Education / Professional Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration or related field.

Relevant Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in Government Liaison and Customer Service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,600.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
