Role Overview:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (inbound, outbound, shipping, warehousing)
• Experience with international freight (air, sea, road) and customs processes
• Exposure to automotive or manufacturing environments is an advantage
• Experience working in regional or multinational teams preferred
• Strong background in operations, coordination, or consulting roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a consulting liaison with Global Automobile OEM, Regional HQ
• Provide logistics insights on INCO Terms, transport modes, and supply chain optimization
• Support the Regional Logistics Team in operational and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate closely to ensure alignment with Mercedes-Benz logistics framework
• Deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations to regional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and international logistics practices

Specific Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of Business English
• Knowledge of INCO Terms, transport modes (air, ocean, road), and regional logistics practices

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business, Transportation, Purchasing, or equivalent
