Full Time SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant Jobs, in Abhidi Solution Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant to support and enhance the SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) landscape. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager administration, ChaRM, ITSM, monitoring, and SAP landscape management, while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure efficient SAP operations and governance.

Key Responsibilitie

• sImplement, configure, and support SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) solutions across the SAP landscape
• .Manage and maintain Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes for SAP projects and production support
• .Configure and support IT Service Management (ITSM) functionalities, including incident, problem, and request management
• .Monitor SAP systems using SolMan monitoring tools and proactively address system issues
• .Support End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E RCA) and system diagnostics
• .Configure and maintain Business Process Monitoring and System Monitoring
• .Manage technical monitoring, alerting, and reporting within SAP Solution Manager
• .Collaborate with SAP Basis, Functional, Development, and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues
• .Support release management, transport management, and deployment activities
• .Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and Solution Manager enhancement projects
• .Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and operational procedures
• .Ensure compliance with SAP governance, change management, and operational best practices
