Full Time Sales Designer Jobs, in Eco Interiors International Selangor - Maukerja

The Sales Designer is responsible for promoting and selling the Company’s furniture and interior solutions while providing professional design consultation to customers. The role involves customer engagement, lead generation, sales target achievement, and coordinating projects from inquiry to delivery.

Job Description

• Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on company-provided leads, walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and showroom visitors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic design recommendations.
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery arrangements, and project follow-ups.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, packages, and special promotions effectively.
• Attend site visits, customer meetings, and support outlet operations across Malaysia when required.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction, furniture, or interior design industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Passionate about sales, furniture, and interior design solutions.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Willing to travel, work weekends, and public holidays when required.
