Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Front Desk, Receptionist, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, bookings, and service updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after service completion.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
- Prepare basic administrative reports and customer service documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the entire service journey.
