Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s fresh service ticketing system

• Support daily ticket monitoring and ensure tickets are updated accordingly

• Handle simple service requests and change requests assigned by the team

• Follow up with users and internal teams for ticket updates and resolution progress

• Maintain proper documentation and records in the system

• Assist in routine system maintenance and administrative tasks

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team members when necessary

• Support ticket system enhancement initiatives and project-related tasks

• Gain exposure to ticketing system implementation, improvement projects, and

process optimization

• Assist in coordinating with vendors for system-related matters, follow-ups, and issue

tracking


Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Basic understanding of ticketing/helpdesk systems is an advantage

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
