Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience as Business Development, Marketing or similar role. 
  • Experience managing tender and proposals. 
  • Experience in planning and organising corporate events and other promotional activities. 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated by ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage a variety of activities with attention to detail. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills. 
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one other language preferred. 
  • Excellent customer service and internal communication skills 
  • At least 2 years of business development experience  
  • At least 1 years of experience managing employees. 
  • 3-5 years of total work experience. 
  • Works well under pressure, well organized and rigorous  

Responsibilities

  • Identify, promote, and acquire new clients by establishing strategic partnerships. 
  • Manage complex sales and business development processes involving multiple stakeholders. 
  • Monitor client portfolios and drive cross-selling opportunities for business management solutions. 
  • Maintain service and sales standards across key customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to support strategic growth. 
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to facilitate business deals and ensure seamless execution. 
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. 
  • Manage administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, writing minutes meeting and proposal preparation, and report documentation. 
  • Handle client correspondence, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
