Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer to contribute to institutional and public-sector projects by supporting design, documentation, and coordination phases within a close-knit team. This role offers hands-on exposure and growth opportunities for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform concept development and design decisions
  • Develop detailed 3D models and design studies using BIM and digital tools to support project visualization and accuracy
  • Apply computational and sustainability-driven design strategies to enhance project outcomes
  • Research and evaluate materials, systems, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation
  • Utilize AI tools responsibly to improve research quality, visualization, and workflow efficiency
  • Prepare BIM models and produce technical drawings using Revit to meet project documentation standards
  • Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and authority documentation to facilitate project approvals
  • Support tender documentation and procurement processes to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
  • Coordinate with consultants and participate in project meetings to align multidisciplinary inputs
  • Maintain organized digital project records to support project tracking and knowledge management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing digital workflows and internal processes
  • Support the adoption of new technologies, AI tools, and sustainable design practices to drive innovation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or Enscape to expand design and visualization capabilities
  • Basic understanding of Singapore regulations to support compliance and project execution
  • Comfortable working in an SME environment managing multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborative mindset with proactive learning attitude to thrive in a dynamic team
