Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the HR industry
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills — comfortable reaching out to new contacts
• Research-driven with the ability to identify and qualify potential business opportunities
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or CRM tools is an advantage

Job Description

• Assist in identifying and researching potential client companies across target industries and markets
• Support the team in prospecting and reaching out to hiring managers, HR leaders, and business decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Help prepare and customise pitch decks, capability statements, and service proposals for prospective clients
• Conduct market research on hiring trends, talent supply, and competitor landscape to support business development strategies
• Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system with leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress
• Support coordination of client meetings, follow-ups, and introductory calls
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are well understood and fulfilled
• Assist in drafting business correspondence, meeting minutes, and activity reports
• Support employer branding and marketing initiatives to raise the firm's visibility in target markets
• Participate in networking events, industry forums, and career fairs to represent the firm and generate leads
