Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. 
  • Valid Professional License/Registration in home country. 
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. 
  • Good command of English (spoken and written). 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Physiotherapy. 
  • Experience in: 
    • Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation 
    • Sports Injury Rehabilitation 
    • Neurological Rehabilitation 
    • Orthopedic Rehabilitation 
  • Certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Sports Therapy, or related specialties

Physiotherapist Job Description

Position: Physiotherapist
Department: Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation
Location: Saudi Arabia
Reports To: Rehabilitation Manager / Medical Director

Job Summary

The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to restore, maintain, and improve patients' physical function, mobility, and quality of life. The role involves working with patients suffering from musculoskeletal, neurological, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations. 
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings. 
  • Provide physiotherapy treatments including: 
    • Manual Therapy 
    • Therapeutic Exercises 
    • Electrotherapy 
    • Dry Needling (if licensed) 
    • Sports Rehabilitation 
    • Post-operative Rehabilitation 
    • Neurological Rehabilitation 
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required. 
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment programs and home exercises. 
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. 
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. 
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, infection control standards, and patient safety regulations. 
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development
