About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer experiences, addressing enquiries, and supporting clients throughout their journey with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship & Service Excellence
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional and timely communication.
- Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback effectively across various communication channels.
- Provide personalized support and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Client Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Assist clients with account-related matters, documentation, and service requests.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Support onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
- Prepare reports and track customer engagement activities.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure all customer information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
Operational Support
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
- Support company initiatives, customer engagement activities, and events when required.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer relations, hospitality, sales support, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage due to interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds.
