About the Roles

Join as a Data Center Operations Technician based in Kallang, supporting data center operations on a 5-day shift rotation in a permanent role. This opportunity offers a basic salary with meal allowance, transport allowance, and performance bonus, making it a strong fit for candidates seeking a stable technical role with shift-based operational exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, rack, stack, cable, and replace hardware equipment as required.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, and other environmental controls to ensure reliable data center operations.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Attend to support tickets involving hardware and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records for asset inventory, infrastructure details, cabling layout, and equipment tracking.
• Support network and systems teams during infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on hardware support and facility-related activities.
• Follow security procedures, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
• Take part in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call support when required.
• Support other ad hoc tasks assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in a computer-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data center operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Responsible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
