Full Time IT Technical Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Location: The workplace will be mainly at Punggol Barut and occasionally need to go to Seletar North.

Job Responsibilities

1) Overseeing the annual business plan for the IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

2) Monitoring daily operations, including Simplivity Servers, AD Domain, Backup, Network Devices, AP, CCTV, VM Ware, NAS Storage, and Firewall policy.

3) Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance between Singapore as HQ and Malaysia.

4) Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.

5) Update patches for Windows OS and servers.

6) Assuring all IT activities are performed within applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

7) Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures offline (NAS storage) or online (cloud).

8) Remaining current with technological advances and industry best practices.

9) Perform desktop support services for computers, mobile devices, tablets, and network printers.

10) Liaison with on-site and external contractor staff, consulting with manufacturers and suppliers on procurement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and disposal of IT and related equipment. Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.

11) Support as admin and end users during the implementation of the ERP system in the company.

12) Control and monitor all IT assets, including devices and equipment.
