Work Location: Near Pioneer MRT

Work Hour: Monday to Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Salary: Up to $3,200 + AWS + Medical and Dental Benefits

Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable functions
• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Make payments to suppliers within agreed credit terms
• Track and organize all payment documents
• Investigate and resolve supplier payment issues
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliation
• Handle general ledger tasks for assigned entity
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
