We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to manage both inbound enquiries and outbound business development, driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and acquire new corporate clients (companies, hotels, development projects)
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and site visits to generate new business
Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into sales
Represent AOX at roadshows, events and exhibitions to promote products and close sales
Engage walk-in customers at events and deliver product demonstrations
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience in inbound and/or outbound sales
Comfortable with event/roadshow sales and customer engagement
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Confident, proactive, and results-driven
Customer-focused with a positive and energetic personality
Able to work under pressure and meet targets
Proficient in English
Own vehicle is an advantage
Experience with water dispensers is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,200
Gross: $2,800 – $5,000+ (or more based on performance)
Attractive commission and incentives
Working Hours
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
2 Saturdays off per month (after 3-month probation)
Occasional weekends/public holidays for events or exhibitions (off-in-lieu may be provided)
