Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations

• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring process

• Review and implement HR policies and procedures across Singapore, China, and Vietnam offices

• Manage compensation & benefits matters including payroll, insurance, performance review, and staff benefits

• Coordinate training and staff development programs

• Provide HR support and advisory to employees and management

• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes

• Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain employee records

• Support HR improvement initiatives and HR system implementation

• Oversee office administration, travel arrangements, visa applications, and office operations

• Liaise with vendors and external service providers

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

• 5 - 7 years of relevant HR experience

• Experience in managerial or supervisory role preferred

• Willing to travel to Vietnam when required
