About the Program

Sun Pharma Malaysia invites aspiring HR professionals to join our Protégé Program, a structured 1-year on-the-job training opportunity designed to build future HR talent within one of the world’s fourth largest specialty generic pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Protégé, you will:

• Support daily Human Resource operations (Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Administration)
• Assist in talent acquisition activities including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Participate in employee engagement and learning & development initiatives
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and presentations
• Support HR projects and process improvements
• Work closely with various departments to understand HR business partnering

Requirements :

• Applicants need to be 27 years old & below
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Good communication skills (oral & written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
