What You’ll Do

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market
• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in footwear or fashion retail preferred
• Passionate about fashion, retail, and customer service
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically comfortable with daily retail operations, including stock movement and carrying merchandise of up to 10kg when necessary
