Responsibilities
- Be able to do eNB and gNB commissioning, integration, until OnAir on different solution basis.
- Be able to do BSC installation, commissioning, integration, until RFS and commercial launch all by one's own.
- Be able to do EMS/UME installation, commisioning, integration, until RFS and commerical lauch all by one's own.
- Identifying customer requirements and provide pro-active solutions
- Following new RFP, be involved in MKT RAN solution preparation and review.
- Internal team skill improvement, knowledge sharing, One to One tutorial OJT for other RAN teammates or freshers.
- Brief understanding on technology capable to derive LLD/DLD base one HLD.
- Able to lead the troubleshooting and guide other teammates to coordinate with R&D for root cause analysis until report presentation.
- Have good experience and knowledge on Servers IT equipement, experience in Linux OS such as RedHat, CGSL, etc.
