Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end ETL operations using Informatica, DataStage & Autosys
• Ensure data reliability and availability for critical business decisions
• Validate and reconcile data using SQL (T-SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Monitor pipelines and optimize performance across data platforms
• Lead incident resolution and recovery strategies for high-impact issues
• Perform root cause analysis using SQL and data flow insights
• Mentor and guide L2 support team to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and enhance processes using Azure & ITIL

Job Requirements:

• Bring 7+ years of ETL/data support experience in high-impact environments
• Own end-to-end ETL operations with strong service and delivery mindset
• Apply expertise in Informatica, DataStage & Autosys for ETL workflows
• Use SQL (T-SQL, PostgreSQL) for data validation, troubleshooting & analysis
• Leverage knowledge of data warehousing and end-to-end data pipelines
• Work across Azure (HDInsight, Synapse) & cloud environments
• Operate in Linux/Windows environments with ITIL best practices
• Demonstrate strong ownership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills
