Responsibilities
Join a pioneering mobility operations team and play a key role in supporting the future of autonomous transportation!
️ Key Responsibilities
Patrol assigned routes and identify safety hazards, road closures, obstructions, or environmental conditions affecting operations.
Provide on-site support during incidents, including passenger assistance, traffic management, and crowd control.
Coordinate with operations, safety, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
Conduct routine checks on shuttle stops to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, and clear signage.
Record and escalate operational incidents and observations promptly.
Requirements
Comfortable working outdoors and conducting patrol duties.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in operations, transport, security, customer service, or incident response is an advantage.
