We are hiring

  • Front Office Assistant 1 pax
  • Housekeeping Attendant 1 pax


Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.


Front Office Duties (Rotating Shift)

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handle payment transactions securely.
  • Respond to guest inquiries professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Manage room reservations and guest data entry using the Hotel PMS.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly to ensure a smooth stay.


Housekeeping Duties

  • Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
  • Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure all fixtures and appliances are functional.
  • Manage linen inventory, sorting dirty laundry and organizing clean supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to management.


Qualifications

  • Experience in front desk / housekeeping / customer service roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum SPM qualification; additional certification or diploma is an advantage.
