Job Summary:

The Finance Executive is responsible for assist including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L) using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Set of Accounts Management:

• Assist on full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and G/L, ensuring accurate and timely recording via the SAP system.
• Review and verify vendor payments and expense claims to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Cost and Financial Analysis:

• Perform goods purchase processing and conduct regular cost analysis reporting.
• Assist the Finance Manager in conducting cost and profitability analyses as well as performance tracking of essential financial metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments to provide financial guidance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and support decision-making processes.

Financial Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare regular financial reports and documents as required.
• Ensure all financial documentation is organized and compliant with internal and external standards.

Ad-hoc Assignments:

• Support the finance team by undertaking any additional ad-hoc assignments or projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or CPA certification.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in using the SAP system for financial tasks.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions).
