Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, and ensuring that project expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood and met. The Client Services Representative will coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, and production) to track progress, prepare status updates, and resolve issues promptly. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, documenting requirements, supporting quotation and invoicing processes, and monitoring campaign performance against agreed objectives. The role also involves gathering client feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, and contributing to strong, long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and managing expectations professionally.
  • Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the capacity to present information concisely to clients and internal teams.
  • Experience driving Customer Satisfaction, including managing feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of Finance in a client-facing context, such as supporting quotations, tracking budgets, and coordinating billing or invoicing details.
  • Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments is an advantage, especially within property or branding sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and using digital tools (e.g., project management platforms, CRM, and office productivity software).
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
