Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding

  • Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and career development.

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation programs.

  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

  • Support the development of employees through mentoring and coaching initiatives.

  • Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans.

  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.

  • Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary

  • Mediate disputes and guide management on appropriate resolution strategies.

  • Manage HR records and databases.

  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics and present findings to management.

  • Run and update payroll towards staff on time

  • Keep track of bonuses, commissions and benefits effectively 

  • Administer employee benefits programs and educate employees about benefits.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives — townhalls, events, retreats, recognition programs.

  • Lead office management and administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.

  • Collaborate with Management to develop HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

  • Provide input on workforce planning and organisational development.

  • Supervise Admin/HR Executives or interns, guiding them in execution and professionalism.

  • Ensure all HR and office expenditures align with approved budgets and cost control measures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2-3 years in the HR, People and Culture related roles is a plus

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

  • Must be fluent in English (Professional/Native)
