Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and governance of strategic and operational projects across Asia. Partner with regional senior management and global PMO to translate business strategy into executable programs that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.

Strategic Program Leadership:

  • Translate regional and corporate priorities into structured project portfolios.

  • Develop business cases, assess ROI, and align projects with strategic objectives.

  • Provide regular project and strategy updates to the regional leadership team.

Project Management Office Governance:

  • Define and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and templates.

  • Monitor project health, risk, and budget compliance.

  • Drive accountability and ensure timely project closure with proper handover.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with HQ, Areas, and functional leads to ensure alignment and visibility of regional initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and reviews to drive engagement and best-practice sharing.


Data & Analytics:

  • Track project KPIs, milestones, and success metrics using analytical tools (Excel, Power BI/Qlik).
  • Generate insights from performance dashboards to support decision-making.


Strategic Support:

  • Conduct market and operational analyses to identify regional opportunities.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning, annual reviews, and transformation programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in PMO, strategy, business transformation, or consulting.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry preferred.
