Full Time Senior Staff Engineer Advanced Quality Engineering Jobs, in Infineon Technologies Melaka - Maukerja

Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) drives package and product quality requirements from development stages into manufacturing release by emphasizing on early technical risk assessment with package development team. In parallel, AQE leads proactive early risk assessment, mitigation & management to ensure deliver the right quality level according to customers needs.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive FMEA (Design /Process / Delta ) implement, and define quality safe launch control plans for critical milestone release of product & package development
• Collaborate & support supplier quality management (SQM) on supplier quality audits, specifically validate supplier production processes for new material & core processes equipment
• Drive package project team specifically on technical risk mitigation & technical problem solving by design in prevention / detection methods with necessary quality control plan according to project top defined FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Apply Quality tools likes Root Cause Analysis, and SPC (Statistical Process Control) to identify, analyze, to address manufacturing or design defects to achieve quality target accordingly
• Document & update relevant documentations (FMEA / Failure Catalogue / Control Plans) according to Quality Management Systematic (QMS) standard
• Cross functional partnering with Engineering, Production, and SQM to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Applied Science is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry especially (package assembly development / quality engineering / process engineering) function
• Experienced in driving problem-solving with quality tools (e.g. SPC, FMEA, PPAP, 8D , 3x5Why etc.)
• Intermediate knowledge of FE wafer process & BE assembly packaging process integration & interaction
• Ability to understand and analyze product reliability in conjunction with package reliability assessment in total
• Capable to communicate with technical facts & data to stakeholders at all levels and provide constructive opinion to motivate team forward
