Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Copilot Technical Consultant to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot in an enterprise environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, a strong understanding of AI governance, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of the M365 Copilot service
• Understanding of Copilot prerequisites, including Microsoft Search indexing, permissions, Microsoft Purview, licensing requirements, and Graph connectors.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Graph and related APIs.
• Understanding of the architectural elements behind the M365 Copilot service
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and administration, experience of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and associated portals (Security & Compliance, Entra, Intune).
• Knowledge of AI governance and security best practices.
