This role, with the support of the Executive, Value Management, will lead and drive commercial effectiveness through sales operations, sales execution excellence, and pack price architecture initiatives – improving profitable sales growth through key levers of price, assortment, trading terms and promotions. He/ She will also champion the embedding of Value Management framework and capabilities for Singapore Market.
What you’ll be doing
Pack Price Architecture
- Lead annual and ad hoc pricing initiatives, including price increase planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
- Monitor the market, own and competitors’ price execution across channels for insights and recommendations on pricing vs brand positioning as well as promotion optimisation
- Lead the pack price architecture analysis to identify white space opportunities and optimisation of price and pack format for leading channels
- Drive portfolio rationalisation by partnering with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams on quarterly pain tail analysis
- Lead VM analytics and capability-building projects (e.g., implementation of BI and analytics tools) in collaboration with IT, Regional, and Global VM teams to enable fact-based decision-making.
- Partner the Head of Value Management & Sales Capability, Regional & Global VM teams to champion the VM Framework including training cross-functional teams to ensure strong VM fundamentals and adoption of methodologies, processes and tools
Sales Operations & Processes
- Support sales performance review meetings by identifying business challenges, recommending action plans, and tracking follow-through and outcomes.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
Sales Execution Excellence
- Support the annual review and enhancement of sales execution scorecards/frameworks, covering areas such as product availability, pricing and promotions, and marketing campaign execution.
- Monitor execution KPIs and recommend improvements to strengthen sales force effectiveness and execution standards.

- Knowledge of Nielsen Answers will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint etc), analytics tools (Power BI etc) and salesforce systems (Distributor Management System, ************* etc)
- Experience working with retail and Point-of-Sale (POS) data sources such as NielsenIQ is preferred.

Requirements:
- Minimum Degree (Business, Science or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Value Management/ Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Strategic Planning & Execution, Management/Strategy Consulting, Data Analytics or equivalent areas
