Basic information:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary up to $4,000

• Location: West

Job scope:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, career progression, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

• Foster a positive work culture, handle workplace issues, and support performance appraisals and improvement plans.

• Manage payroll, incentives, and benefits, while ensuring competitive packages through market benchmarking.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.

• Partner with management on workforce planning, improve HR systems, and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
