**Job Description**

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dish pit, kitchen areas, and storage spaces

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks and kitchen maintenance as required

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
