Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate HURCO CNC milling and/or turning machines.
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using HURCO conversational programming.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain proper machine maintenance and housekeeping standards.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality personnel to improve production processes.
Requirements
N Level or technical certification in Precision Engineering, Machining, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of CNC machining experience.
Hands-on experience with HURCO CNC machines and conversational controls preferred.
Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
