What The Role Is
At the Ministry of Law (MinLaw), our mission is to advance access to justice, the rule of law, the economy, and society through policy, law, and services.
We are seeking for an experienced HR officer to support recruitment functions for 11 months. This person plays an important role in ensuring smooth and timely recruitment experience for the candidates and the hiring divisions.
What You Will Be Working On
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, screening and shortlisting of resumes in accordance with the role requirements.
- Liaise with hiring managers and the candidates on recruitment matters.
- Assist with organizing outreach activities such as career fairs and onboarding sessions.
- Assist with administration of internships, including coordination, onboarding and processing of timesheets.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment panels, including logistics and documentation.

- [Process Management]: Able to understand how different systems, processes and people interact and influence one another and analyses processes using tools and methodologies to enhance HR operations and transactions.
- [Employee Experience]: Able to create and deliver a seamless and positive service journey experience (for the candidates) in line with the employee value proposition and organisation branding with the aim of positioning MinLaw as the employer of choice.
