Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Update master tracker
  • Assist to follow up back log case update, and completion update
  • Assist on yearly asset audit
  • Assist on yearly disposal asset
  • Assist to assign the e-ticket, and follow up with Admin Executive
  • Assist on payment processing
  • Assist to prepare weekly, monthly report, cost analysis, asset monitoring & reporting
  • Ad hoc project
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work at HQ Pandan Jaya, Cheras
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration/Business or equivalent

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
