Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operational activities
Coordinate manpower and work schedules
Monitor work progress and ensure smooth operations
Prepare operational reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
Good leadership and communication skills
Able to work independently and manage a team
Experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or related field is an advantage
Fresh candidates with strong supervisory potential are encouraged to apply

Salary:
