Job Responsibilities:

• Create, edit and optimize CNC programs (G-code) for machining operations.

• Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure efficient production.

• Review engineering drawings and convert specifications into CNC machining programs.

• Improve machining processes to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve machining issues.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and work instructions.

• Prepare and maintain CNC programming and process documentation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of CNC machining and G-code programming.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

• Experience with CNC milling and/or turning machines.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
