Full Time Quality Engineer Jobs, in Linka Tech(Melaka) Melaka - Maukerja

Diploma in engineering and above

At least 3 years of experience as a quality engineer

Knowledge in quality control techniques and methods, GDT&T, and measuring equipment use in machining processes.

Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel etc) , AS9100 system and CNC machining process

Strong in data analysis with good coordination and communication skills. Able to work under pressure

Position Purpose

Improve product quality and customer satisfaction through the use of data analysis, verification of manufacturing processes' efficiency and reliability, to ensure all products meet the customer's requirements 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Support new product transfer, startup, FA progress, and on-time delivery to customers.

Responsible for the preparation of the quality inspection plan, product inspection standards

Convert the customer quality requirement into an internal document

New Product review, follow up on the FA product, and ensure the product meets customer requirements

Conduct daily quality review, organize engineers from different departments together to resolve product quality issues

Analyzing inspection data to identify trends and patterns, and making recommendations for improvements. 

Liaise with customers on all quality issues, handle all customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and provide a corrective action plan, follow up on the execution to prevent recurrence. 

Ensure the accuracy of all documents ( COO,COC, material data ) related to product delivery

Organized training for quality personnel on customer quality standards and the use of measuring equipment

Complete any other tasks assigned by the company
