Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other ICT equipment.
Support system monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
Assist in managing user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
Perform software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
Maintain accurate records of ICT assets, service requests, and support activities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ICT-related matters when required.
Prepare basic documentation, reports, and user guides related to ICT operations.
Participate in ICT projects and initiatives to enhance business processes and system efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organisational ICT policies, procedures, and information security requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
