Job Description

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR policies, compliance, and organizational development. The role ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains high-performing employees while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all levels of hiring.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with department heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
  • Improve employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and performance objectives.
  • Monitor employee performance trends and recommend improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage salary reviews, bonus exercises, and annual increment processes.
  • Review compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Monitor payroll-related activities and ensure accuracy.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
  • Develop leadership and succession planning initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR matters.

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee daily HR operations and administration.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports.
  • Drive HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor HR team members.

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of Human Resources experience.
  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Experience handling full-spectrum HR functions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
