Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Handle data entry, documentation, and filing of finance records
  • Assist in invoice processing and verification
  • Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and document tracking
  • Assist in maintaining proper records for audit and compliance
  • Support daily office administrative functions
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • At least 1 year of admin experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
