Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Audit Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, ensure compliance with auditing standards, and support the Audit Manager in delivering high-quality audit services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
• Supervise, guide, and review work performed by junior audit staff
• Perform risk assessments, analytical reviews, and substantive testing
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
• Prepare and review audit working papers, financial statements, and reports
• Ensure audit documentation complies with auditing standards
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management
• Manage multiple audit assignments and meet deadlines
• Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve audit issues
• Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of audit experience, preferably in audit firm
• Experience in handling full audit cycle is an advantage

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and audit tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Additional Advantage

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (or in progress)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
